Kiwi fruit is a very healthful fruit, rich in vitamins, minerals and fibres that help regulating the intestinal transit and stimulate our immunitary defences.
A recent new zealander research found out that kiwi is also helpful for our liver: the high level of vitamin C and antioxidants contained in this fruit protect the hepatic filter, stopping the exceeding cholesterol in our blood.
