Fruit of the forest tart
    300 g white flour, 150 g sugar, 150 g butter, 3 egg yokes, grated lemon rind, wild strawberries, raspberries, bilberries, blackberries.
    Knead the ingredients (except for the fruit) to form a smooth ball. Leave to rest for 30 minutes.

    Line a flan tin greased with butter with ¾ of the pastry, and add the fruit to create an attractive effect.

    With the remaining pastry form strips and arrange them in a grid pattern over the top of the tart.

    Bake in a pre-heated oven at medium temperature for about 30 minutes.
