Work procedures
In our orchards we hand pick our apples at just the right stage of ripeness, established with the help of the expert technical advice of Istituto Agrario San Michele all’Adige. They are then transferred to the local coop for examination and the recording of all relevant data. Finally the fruit is stored in controlled conditions in special cool-rooms.

As they are needed, the apples are taken out, pre-measured and selected, monitored and separated, and then packed.
Each phase is overseen by our staff who mix technological precision with human care to allow us to attain the highest levels of end-product quality, meaning that we can meet the most unique and specific market demands.

The apples are now ready to be distributed through the la Trentina sales network.
