Pastry with apples and walnuts

2 tablespoons of raisins
4 apples
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 disc of puff pastry
80 grams of biscuits
30 grams of chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons of apricot jam
20 g of butter

Soak the raisins in warm water. Wash the apples, dry them and, after removing the stem, cut a sliced​​, into small cubes reducing the other three, and brush with lemon juice.
Take a roasting pan, cover it with the pastry punzecchiandola with a fork. In a pan, add the crushed biscuits. Once toasted, add the diced apples, raisins, sultanas, chopped walnuts and apricot jam, stirring well to mix all ingredients.
Pour the mixture into the mold with the pastry and cover with slices of apple. Brush apples with melted butter. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, bake and serve.
