Cold Orange Cream with Granny Smith

Ingredients for 6 people 1 kg Granny Smith apples Trentina 200 g light brown sugar 1 orange organic |
Peel apples, remove core and cut into cubes. Make a syrup by boiling the sugar with ½ liter of water. Add the orange juice and its zest cut into strips. Then add the diced apple. Let everything boil for another 5 minutes. Put the cream into 6 bowls and let cool, then put it in the refrigerator. Serve in individual bowls.
