Apple tart
Preparation: 20 minutes.
Cooking time: 40 minutes.
230 g flour, 200 g sugar, 150 g butter, 3 eggs, 2-3 apples, 2 desert spoons of milk, 1 lemon, 1 sachet dried yeast, apricot jam.
Slice the apples into crescents, sprinkle them with a dessert spoon of sugar and the lemon juice. In a bowl mix the sugar with the egg yokes and melted butter, and add the remaining ingredients in this order: the flour, the milk, the grated lemon rind, the whisked and fluffy egg whites and the yeast.

Grease a flan tin with butter, sprinkle it with flour and line it with the pastry. Arrange the apple slices in overlapping circles and bake at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.

A few minutes before removing the tart from the oven, brush it with a little apricot jam
