Apple sorbet with la Trentina Red Delicious and grappa

1 Red Delicious apple
120 gr. sugar
1 organic lemon
1 glass of grappa
2 grains of juniper

Cook the apple with juniper grappa and grated rind of the lemon in 150 ml of water.
Sift and pour into an ice cream maker, add sugar and mix.

Leave it in the freezer for at least 1 hour, and pull it out about ten minutes before serving.
